After a year of deliberation, I decided to go to Medcare for an abdominoplasty to address both an aesthetic and medical concern. At every stage of the process, I received accurate and reassuring advice and information. The services I received from Hanna for the quotes, from Tarek for transportation, from Lynda for our admissions and logistics, to the nursing and hospital services—everything went smoothly. It's important to remember that surgery isn't easy, and having it done in a country with different customs can be disorienting for some people. For major surgeries with large incisions, I suggest staying three extra days in the hotel before your return flight. Even though everything went well, I think I would have appreciated a few more days. Thank you, Medcare, for allowing me to have this procedure without delay and when I wanted it, as the suitable times of year for surgery were limited. Everything was made possible with Medcare.

Leaving from Montreal, I arrived in Tunisia on July 9th and I'm leaving tomorrow, July 22nd, 2023. I traveled alone and I must say that the all-inclusive concept was very reassuring. First, the preparation: a phone appointment to explain my request and ask questions, then sending the photos, then receiving the quote, and more. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Upon arrival, I was met by a member of the Medcare Vacations team, and I was guided through the steps leading to the surgery, the recovery at the clinic, and finally, my convalescence in a wonderful hotel in Tunis. This included a week of visits before my surgeries, scheduled for the following Monday, July 17. We stayed overnight at the clinic the Sunday before. I received excellent care before, during, and after my surgeries. It's important to ask many questions to get clear and accurate information. Overall, the responses to inquiries were prompt. I was discharged the next day at noon and transferred to my hotel. I received nursing care every morning directly in my room. The staff, employees, and citizens were welcoming.
