I finally went ahead and booked my trip solo with Medcare despite my fears and apprehensions, and I can tell you that the service is 10/10 so far 🙂 I have absolutely nothing negative to say! The driver, Tarek, is absolutely charming and reassuring, just as many have described! The Medcare staff regularly contact us to check in and make sure everything is going well. The nurses at the Clinique Les Jasmins, where I had my procedure, were all equally lovely, and the doctor was incredibly professional! I'm staying at the Penthouse Hotel! The rooms are clean, and the staff is also very welcoming! The food is also very good :) Thank you to the agency for making me feel confident and for making my stay a positive and comfortable experience 🙏🏻

I recommend Medcare Voyage with my eyes closed. I have been to Tunisia with them twice and the service is exceptional. They take care of everything from the beginning to the end of the trip, which allows us to take full care of our recovery. The team is very present and professional and the doctors are very accessible. The care provided is very professional and French is the second language in Tunisia, which makes it a destination to favor. An unforgettable stay. Thank you to the Medcare Vacations team for their excellent service. Communication via WhatsApp was simple, easy, and quick. Tarek, our private driver, made a huge difference to this trip. His joie de vivre and reassuring presence warmed our hearts. Tunisia is a wonderful country: abundant warmth, delicious food, and traditional architecture. I arrived on July 10, 2023, with my companion for a two-week stay. This included a week of visits before my surgeries, scheduled for the following Monday, July 17. We stayed overnight at the clinic the Sunday before. I received excellent care before, during, and after my surgeries. It's important to ask many questions to get clear and accurate information. Overall, the responses to inquiries were prompt. I was discharged the next day at noon and transferred to my hotel. I received nursing care every morning directly in my room. The staff, employees, and citizens were welcoming. The services flowed seamlessly. I recommend having surgery abroad with a companion. Thank you to Dr. Hassen Ben Jemaa for the exceptional results; you changed my life. And thank you to the entire Medcare Vacances team for the enriching experience and excellent care.

Leaving Montreal, I arrived in Tunisia on July 9 and I am leaving tomorrow, July 22, 2023. I traveled alone and I must admit that the turnkey concept was very reassuring for me. First of all, the preparation: telephone appointment to explain my request and ask my questions, then forward the photos, then receive the quote and more. Everything is done quickly and professionally. Upon my arrival, I was met by a member of the Medcare Vacances team, and there I let myself be guided through the steps leading to the surgery, to the convalescence in the clinic and to finish the convalescence in a great hotel in Tunis. Thank you to Dr. Zilli and all the people who took such good care of me. A special thank you to Hana and Tarek for their presence and their kindness. I am going home completely satisfied even if I know very well that the final result is not yet 100% apparent. A word of advice, if you want to visit, plan the sightseeing portion before surgery 😉

After a year of reflection, I decided to go with Medcare to undergo an abdominoplasty to resolve a cosmetic but also medical problem. At every stage of this process I found fair and reassuring advice and information. The services received with Hanna for the quotes, for traveling with Tarek, for our admissions and logistics with Lynda, the services of the nurse and hospital, everything went well. We must not forget that surgery is not easy and in another country with customs different from ours can be disorienting for some people. Suggestions for major surgeries with large wounds, take three extra days at the hotel and before taking the return flight. Even if everything went well, I think I would have appreciated a few more days. Thank you Medcare for allowing me to undergo this procedure without delay, and when I wanted, because the favorable times in the year when I could undergo the procedure were limited. Everything was made possible with Medcare.
