Referral Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
● The sponsorship program is open to any adult residing in
Canada
● The sponsor (the one who recommends) must not be an employee of Medcare
Holidays, nor a business partner.
2. Conditions of valid sponsorship
● The sponsor must be a former Medcare Vacances client.
● The godchild (recommended person) must not already be a customer or in contact
active with Medcare Vacances at the time of sponsorship.
● The sponsor must obtain the consent of the godchild before submitting his
contact information.
● Sponsorship is considered valid only if the godchild becomes a
active client (surgery performed).
3.Limitations
● Self-referral (e.g., registering under another name or
another address).
● Cross-referrals (between two people referring each other)
are not eligible.
● The same person can only be sponsored once.
4. Reward
● Within 14 days of confirmation of the godchild's “surgery performed” status, the sponsor will receive a gift card.
The latter will be able to choose between a gift card or benefit from a discount on their next surgical procedure.
● The amount of the gift card depends on the number of referrals accumulated.
5. modifications
● Medcare Vacances reserves the right to modify or suspend the
program at any time, without notice.
● In case of doubt or abuse, we reserve the right to refuse a
sponsorship or a reward.
